What counts as a billed record?
A durable record successfully created after idempotency resolution. Duplicate and replay requests that collapse to existing records are NOT billed as new. Failed ingestions are not billed either.
How many records can a single batch handle?
Batches are configurable by maxRecords, maxWindow, and maxBytes. Thousands of snapshots can map to a single blockchain transaction, amortizing gas cost.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment on the Standard plan. Growth and Enterprise plans have commitment discussions based on expected volume.
What blockchain do you use?
Polygon (chainId 137) exclusively. All batch roots are anchored on our PolygonBatchAnchor contract deployed on mainnet.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
